House Rules
For everyone's safety, there are video recording devices on the property. They survey the property outside only — there are no recording devices inside the house or the private deck area.
We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and at home during their stay, so we do have a few simple house rules:
- No pets allowed during your stay.
- No smoking indoors, including electronic cigarettes.
- No unregistered guests. Maximum of 12 guests on the property.
- Quiet hours are from 11pm until 8am. Please help us preserve the peaceful ambience of the night.
- Must be 25 years old to book. Renter's driver's license is required upon registration.

Do you provide linens and towels during our stay?
Yes, we provide clean and fresh white linens, bath, and pool towels during your stay. You don't need to bring your own.
Can we have extra pillows and blankets?
Of course! We provide extra pillows and blankets to ensure that you have a comfortable stay.
Are the indoor and outdoor pools free?
Absolutely! We provide six pool fobs that give free access to the pools during your stay. Children who are six years old or younger do not need to use a fob.
Is the internet fast and reliable?
Yes, our internet connection is both fast and reliable. You can work, stream, and video call all day if you choose.
Can we bring our pets?
Unfortunately, we have a strict no-pet policy due to the host's severe allergies.
Do you provide a crib and high chair for kids?
Yes, we provide one pack-and-play and one high chair to make sure your little ones have everything they need for a comfortable stay.
Are there toys and games available for children and teens?
Yes, both of our properties have plenty of toys and games for children of all ages, and the Serenity Falls property also has an outdoor playground.
Can we check in early or check out late?
While we cannot guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, we work with each family individually to accommodate such requests if our schedule allows. Please ask the host after booking to see if this is possible for your stay.
Is the hot tub clean?
We take cleanliness very seriously, and the water in the hot tub is cleaned and tested for chlorine before each guest's arrival.
Should we drain the hot tub before checking out?
No, please do not drain the hot tub water. We will clean it ourselves after your stay.
Is the kitchen fully stocked?
Yes, our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including pots, pans, utensils, baking sheets, bowls, spices, and more. If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
Will our group have enough fun things to do?

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for bookings made a month or more prior to your arrival date, or for bookings of five nights or more. Please contact us for a discount code.

No smoking is allowed inside the house, including electronic cigarettes. However, feel free to smoke outside — please be respectful to nature; outdoor ashtrays are provided for your convenience.
What is the maximum capacity for each property?
The maximum capacity for each property is 12 people. All guests must be registered before arrival.
Is parking available on the property?
Yes, parking is available on the property. Each property can fit a maximum of 5 cars.
Can we use the grill provided at the property?
Yes, feel free to use our gas grill to grill something yummy. A gas tank is provided.
